What can I say, it's an ice cream place, Who doesn't like ice cream? This particular location it's like any other Coldstone. On this visit I was looking for their banana ice cream and I was in luck, they had it it's usually a hit or miss with that particular flavor. It is my favorite needless to say, I will be coming back

Tried to call to order a cake during business hours and no one answered. How pathetic I went to Dairy Queen instead! Horrible!

After all the rave reviews I've heard about Cold Stone, I was definitely disappointed. I went with my guy and our boys after playing basketball at a local park. The girl behind the counter was obvious in the fact she does not appreciate mixed families. Blatant dirty looks. I had to repeat our order not once or twice but 3 times and she still got the little guy's order completely wrong. While everyone has an opinion, if you are not tolerant of the general public and their choices, perhaps you shouldn't work in a position that you are required to serve them in a professional and cordial manner.

I haven't been to a Cold Stone in years and on a whim I dropped in. I went with the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection in a chocolate dipped cone, wow 1200 calories of sheer joy. Next time I think I'll pass on the cone and go for a cup.

Went here with the family. I have been to Cold Stone before and even though the place was clean and the staff was friendly I have to say I am not very impressed with the quality of ice cream here. I think buying ice cream from Publix would have been better. For the price you pay it seems like its more for the 'hand mixed' service than quality. Even looking at the ice cream through the glass it looked unappealing and almost as if it was old ice cream that had been sitting there for several weeks. I ordered the mint chip shake and it was ok, not good, not great I threw the last bit away I was so unimpressed. The family seemed happy with their choices but I doubt many kids hate any type of ice cream lol. Next time I will skip cold stone and save my $6 for some quality store bought ice cream.

I'm giving 1 star bc the Ice cream and service SUCKED!!! I haven't been to Cold Stone in a while, and this is my first time at Cold Stone in Florida (and I'm from Cali); I have to say this place SUCKED!!! We walked in, and it's warm and stuffy inside; the ice cream wasn't cold enough, it was like whip cream consistency and texture...gross!!..., and after the guy scoops the ice cream and put it on the slab, he only "folded" it a couple of times. From what I remembered of Cold Stone, the ice cream used to be colder & harder, not whip cream-like; and the person mixing the ice cream would really mix and fold the ice cream combine the flavors. Also, what happened to the singing when we give tips??!! I don't know if it's a Florida thing or it's just this store, but it seriously SUCKED!! The whole experience was so bad - ice cream and service!! And Cold Stone has the audacity to increase the prices??!!

This Cold Stone is located in a shopping plaza in Coral Springs. It is usually not that crowded, and I have always been able to get in and out in under 10 minutes. The service is always prompt, and the employees are very friendly. My friend had never been to a Cold Stone's before, and the employee offered him samples and was very accommodating. I had to take off 2 stars based on my ice cream order though. The sinless sweet cream ice cream was bland and very artificial tasting, and the caramel was also too thick for my taste. I was looking forward to eating the waffle bowl, but it turned out that it was overcooked and glued to the paper bowl that it comes in, so I had to throw it away. :( Oh well, at least it saved me a few calories!

The Cold Stone here is set in a nice, quiet plaza in one of the older neighborhoods of Coral Springs. Went there on a weekday evening with some friends and tried one of their signature creations, Oreo Overload. It was a good, A-OK treat, pretty sweet, with good chunks of broken Oreos and chocolate chips. It was also pretty filling, but pricey, for a $5 small "Like It" size (approx. 5 oz.). Service was really friendly and quick on getting your ice cream ready. The wait was also not long at all; a full line when we got there and it only took about 10 minutes for me to start eating. There is no sitting area inside though, and they only have a few tables and chairs set up outside. But since it's in a low-key, quiet part of town, not many people were there and we found enough chairs for our group. Overall, they have a good selection of ice cream and their various signature creations are interesting and well-made. This is a good place to quickly satisfy your ice cream urge without the long wait.
